Toyota Service Activated Warranty is a key part of the Toyota ownership proposition. With 60%* of Toyota owners choosing to service and maintain their vehicle outside of the Toyota Network, Toyota Service Activated Warranty should focus on driving new service customers to our workshops, win back lapsed customers and retain those already servicing with us.
It’s a compelling message, but one we must ensure we communicate correctly to avoid misleading communications and to comply with all legal advice. We have recently been working on how to effectively communicate this to customers across product types. There have also been T&Cs and other messaging updates which we have applied across all Centre assets.
